Under constant pressure, fixed compaction angle and rotation speed, the asphalt mixture in the test mold is rotary compacted by kneading, simulating the rolling of the road surface by vehicles on site, so that the mixture reaches a dense state, accurately simulating the compaction state on site, and evaluating the compaction characteristics of the asphalt mixture.
Asphalt Gyratory Compactor is suitable for the rotary compaction method to form Φ 150mm or Φ 100mm asphalt mixture cylindrical specimens for laboratory use in the physical and mechanical properties test of asphalt mixture. The molded specimens are used for compression deformation strength, shear strength, splitting, rebound and other tests.
The asphalt compaction instrument consists of hydraulic pressure system, rotating base, demoulding system, data acquisition, data display, deformation, angle and other control systems. Connecting to a computer can analyze and calculate the test data, save data and display graphics.
