Custom Fully automatic rock point load bending creep test system Suppliers, Pricelist

This instrument is suitable for conducting uniaxial compression tests, three-point bending tests, uniaxial creep tests under stress holding, rock point load tests, and measuring the strength index of rock point loads in addition to point load tests. According to the rock point load strength index, the uniaxial compressive strength and tensile strength of the rock can be calculated and determined, the anisotropy of the rock can be determined, the weathering zone can be determined, the rock drilling speed can be estimated, and the rock can be classified.

This instrument adopts servo motor and computer digital control technology to form a fully digital closed-loop speed control system, which can automatically The instrument is equipped with an environmental chamber for measuring and controlling the loading, unloading, and other testing processes. The entire testing process is controlled, measured, displayed, data processed, curve graphs generated, and printed by a computer.

This machine can be equipped with various fixtures, which can perform multiple tests, making it easy and reliable to use. At the same time, the supporting testing system can be used for rock point load, uniaxial compression, bending, uniaxial creep, fracture toughness (optional) and other tests.

Product Description

Instrument Composition

This instrument is a column mounted structure, which consists of a base, gearbox, column, bracket, motor, controller, force sensing, software, etc. The power is transmitted to the gearbox through an electro-hydraulic servo, and the gearbox passes through a complete set of transmission mechanisms to drive the screw rod to drive the lower head to obtain the required upward speed, thus completing the test requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of materials can be tested with this instrument?
The instrument is primarily designed for rock and concrete specimens, supporting point load tests, uniaxial compression (both cylinder and prism methods), splitting tests, and bending tensile tests.
How accurate is the deformation measurement?
The system features a built-in deformation sensor with a range of 0~50mm and a high precision accuracy of 0.001mm.
Can the loading speed be adjusted during the test?
Yes, the loading speed is fully customizable via the controller, with a setting range from 0.001 to 50mm/min to meet various international testing standards.
What is the maximum load capacity of the reaction frame?
While the standard point load test uses a 50kN load, the heavy-duty reaction frame is designed to withstand a large load of up to 80KN.
How is the test data recorded and displayed?
Point load intensity and test curves are displayed in real-time on the upper computer software and automatically recorded in the background for analysis and reporting.
Are different sizes of test pieces supported?
Yes, the instrument accommodates multiple specimen sizes, including Φ50mm and Φ100mm cylinders, as well as specific prism and rectangular dimensions for bending tests.
